SANA Membership Plans

SANA is currently offering Lifetime Membership plan for members of the community. This is the only option available currently. In the future, we may offer other membership plans.

Applying for lifetime membership is a two step process:
1. Fill out the lifetime membership application form
If you have additional members in your household that want to become members, you can add them as additional members in the same application.

2. Pay the membership fee
Lifetime membership fee: $100

Note: You have to pay $100/each for each member mentioned in your application above.
